Bike Steal Attemp

When I got home today at my gated apartment that is enclosed, my bike was not there. I walked around and found it 100 feet away in another spot with the wires going under the iginition cut up, fairing damaged and seat unhinged. I reported to the my apartment and will look at the video tomorrow and hope to catch something in the camera to find those F***s. Man now I am scared that it will happen again :( Has this happened to anyone else? Took it to my buddies house for the time being.

I hate a thief, glad they didn't get away with it and hopefully you can get it repaired for a minimal amount ..
Dirt is for riding, the street merely gets you there.

Pretty typical for apartment living bikers. If you don't have a garage to hide it in, it won't be long til it's gone.

Yea just did that. Sorry noob to this group. But yea I will leave it and start storing at my buddies place until I find something else. The ODD thing is that there are 3 other bike owners at my apt with Harley, Kawaskasi cruisers that are left during working days but they are still there. I guess I learned my lesson but on the lucky side as of now. Thanks for the feedback guys.

LOL at pigfarmer, that was me when I didnt see it!!!!

You didn't say what kind of bike you have but sportbikes are waay more desirable to thieves than a Harley or Kawi cruiser.

Same situation here at my apt complex cameras, gated and security. its been said a million times apartments and bikes don't mix. Consider it a lesson learned.

Move to the first floor and park that in the living room. I use to keep my gsxr and cr125 in the living room and 2 klx110s in the closet
