For a few dollars, official court documents and a meager website the whole world would know. I'm waiting to hear from the naysayers if they're still going to take their bikes to him so they can "get serviced" like the people whose bikes were found in his possession.

they don't fall too far from the tree?

I'm glad that justice has been delivered, but it's not the justice I would have personally chosen.

Either that, or I just got screwed.
That's because you either embezzled a few hundred thousands or got a bad lawyer. Majority of first offender gets probation, that is if you commit a crime that is less than $50k.

If they offered him a plea deal with little time, I would of chosen that, but thats just me.

Now this guy has to be squeaky clean for a while and from what it seems he's probablly been doing it for a while and never got caught until now. So, his wrong ways might be a bad habit to break.

Pure speculation of course.
IDK dude personally I dont consider being 'squeaky clean' a burden for a shop/business owner...I expect it from someone I'M gonna do business with...

thats just me though

no need for a balaclava. he is the one who should be hiding his face. just print up some flyers and get a heavy duty stapler from office depot. every telephone pole and anything made of wood within 100 yards of the shop should get a flyer.

we should take up a collection and rent the nearest billboard as well. the more i think about this the more i feel like we honestly need to take action. file complaints with the justice system if need be, i dont want criminals in my back yard.

what about the owners of the bikes, have they been contacted? shouldnt they each be able to file suit against him? id love to see this guy having to spend all his time in court, at least there is a higher chance he will get a real punishment.
