Need your opinions to make our rides safe and enjoyable...

My wife and i really enjoy organizing these rides and hope to continue them...we have made alot of new friends thru these rides and have enjoyed riding with all of you...heres your chance to provide any feedback or ideas to help make these rides safe and fun....feel free to voice your opinion positive or negative...whatever thoughts you have are welcome...

I would like ideas also on group size..skill levels...couples rides..noob rides...starting times...starting locations..length of rides...would you like to see certain specific rides or just continue making rides open to everyone?..

Ive had a few members give me really helpfull tips on helping insure better safety which i really appreciated...since you are the ones making this happen i would like any thoughts or tips you may have...

All of you have been really fun to ride with and we hope to continue to do these rides...thanks

My thoughts are on group rides is always make sure to have a good sweeper that can spot people riding over their heads and the leader has to tailor the pace in such a way that the slowest riders riding in the back are limited by the riders in front.

I also like to have a ride meeting before hand to get to know any new faces, how long they have ridden, rules of the ride, etc.

Get the name, phone #, and bike description from each Rider. That way when blue cbr hits the oak tree on the fayetteville big loop, somebody realizes it before everybody gets home and hears about it on mh.

This scenerio may or may not be fictional.

Thats what im doing...i tell the group to find there place in line based on skill level...before our first stop everyone has found there place and the ride goes really well...each skill level gets to enjoy there pace hopefully...ive had a few members see things and mention it to them or me and i bring it up as a general statement at rest stops not mentioning any names...i was given a real good tip that helped me lead better from a couple of riders...other input is appreciated...

Positives today:
- leaving on time at 8. Awesome.
- short breaks
- smaller group
- lunch
- keeping good pace for all (not too fast not too slow).
