Upcoming maintenance project

Looks like I have a buddy that can help me and Has shop and tools

1-Replacing rear tire bt-016 $100 +$25install
2-DID 530 X RING CHain sprockets $175
3-Rear wheel dampers, current sprocket a little loose. $20-set of 5 eBay
4-Oil change and filter-
5-rear wheel bearing since there is 38k miles and already opening it up? $24

Think that's majority of what I need to do.
