Guess you're ignorant Al Sharpton's coordination with Hispanic organizations? Now whether they were genuine efforts, I don't know, nor do I care but the evidence says what it will. You should read up...

The best I could come up with on Federal court convictions

Here is what is says : Like Las Vegas, the federal court system isn't built on winners. About 95 percent of federal criminal defendants plead guilty. Of the remaining few who fight in court, nearly nine of 10 are convicted, according to national statistics. But, on rare occasions, defendants go to trial, win and walk free. Meet...
!!!

So I guess Vick has an ice cube's chance in then, yeah? He's definitely in quite a predicament... (in other words, he's most likely fuct!)

You can't even compare the two. David Duke was a former Grand Wizard of the Klan, you know the organization that hates blacks and has perpetrated many violent acts against blacks throughout history. Rev. Sharpton is a guy, questionably genuine, who acts to illuminate certain transgressions against his community, the minority community. David Duke is a racist bigot who has done more to hurt the relationship between blacks and whites than most other well known "white leaders"...

Let the evidence speak for itself...IF there was video footage of Michael Vick in attendance at one of the events or doing all that he has been alleged to d then I would be hard pressed to think he wouldn't then be summarily convicted. Until that point and THAT PARTICULAR evidence has been displayed, I will refrain judgment. That's what it is, I prefer to make intelligent, logical decisions and you can't do either without first properly examining ALL of the OFFICIAL evidence.
Post number 39: "...considering that witnesses lie..."

^Everyone knows that people CAN lie but when used in this context it insinuates that you think the witnesses are lying.

I'm calling the guy guilty because of what I've read. If you think everyone is going to sit back and wait until a trial or read through court transcripts to form an opinion then you're going to be disappointed. Because they won't. They haven't. The world doesn't work that way (unfortunantly).

It looks as though Mr. BlackHalo was exactly right...90% of all federal cases filed do in fact lead to conviction through one means or another. Here's the link. Note: It is a government source

Even give this, he is not guaranteed to be convicted nor does this act as evidence of his guilt but rather acts to add confidence that IF he is guilty, HE WILL BE CONVICTED. They don't seem to make many mistakes...

I don't think so.

Listen guys, Sharpton is in the news alot more up north than he is here.

In New York, he has the reputation for walking into a hotel and not permitting anyone but blacck employees to wait on him. That's pretty racist in my book.

guilty or not, he's fuct. His odds suck. 90% chance of conviction? Man, I'd hate to be in his shoes.

Now THAT is a racist act. If he does this routinely, then yes, he would (by most people) be considered racist.

Not in my book if you can use the same fair objections. These guys don't seem to do that. They pull the race card at every chance. They do more to drive a wedge between races than help. They want handouts not hard work.

Ok now if that is true then YES, he is a racist , and I'd have another reason to wanna slap his ***...this would of course have to be verified though.

Yeah but I'm thinking that if they convict him, he was more than likely guilty. The efficiency of that system vs his highly paid attorney's should balance out n we should get some justice if the fugger was over all the abuses...
