nononono willowbrook

officer douche comes in after 3 bikes roll in, pickes one of them out, and put him in cuffs. anyways they kept yelling "stop resisting" when there was absalutely none and the poor guy got his bike towed. i think the cop settled for "no helmet" for the pullover and got the guy on a warrant.

and once again wrote down everyones plates and vins.

i want my coffee shop back

yep thats the one..

this is the third incident where hes come up to my bike and wrote down all my numbers.

point being, even if the guy didnt have warrants...pulled over for no helmet?
if im correct than a helmet is optional if you pass the MSF course...so what happened would be like an officer pulling a car over just to see if they have a drivers license.

The sticker is proof that you have proved to the state (and paid $10, per bike) that you have met the requirements to ride without a helmet. You have to meet those requirements but the sticker is not required AFAIK.

well, the MORON did have warrant/'s so no sympathy from the peanut gallery.

you are correct, how did you know if dude did take MSF?

also going w/o a helmet is reason enough to allow an officer to stop you (legally) and check to see if you have all the proper paperwork to go w/o lid.

it's even been brought up an officer can stop you w/ a lid to see if it meets DOT standards ( a DOT sticker somewhere on the lid)

so again, QUIT WHINING.

Everyone was given the heads up last week to stay away from there.
IMO, change nights / locations.
If you're going to ride, make sure your 's square or you face the possibility of going to jail / getting tickets.
It is what it is.

Let that be a heads up for anyone coming to Hooters tonight as well. Have your straight and don't act the fool, pct. 4 has a low tolerance level for it.
