You work half a day and then ride the other half.

It is up to people's preferences whether they chose to work or ride first but you have to let Tom know when you email him. If a spot is open, you are in.

I used to do that with LSTD!
I prefer working in the morning and riding in the PM.. just personal pref b/c there are less ppl riding in the PM and the weather is better usually!
