Bike(s):
too many

I called the HPD vehicle theft division when I wanted to buy a bike a while ago and they ran it for me. Worst part was getting through the 5 levels of bureaucracy to get to the right person.

is there a way you can be definitely sure that the bike is legit? someone that posted on this thread earlier said to call the police and have them run it.
