Mancuso South West - Reviews ?

Anyone have anything positive, or negative regarding mancuso south west? I purchased a bike from them within the last 48 hours, and the experience was probably one of the worst i've ever experienced, lies, more lies, no regard for anyone their but the bottom line. Before I go on a tangent about them, Just curious is maybe they were having a bad day.

I bought my FZ-07, new from Mancuso with a trade. They treated me right from the second I walked in the door. Alot more than I can say for the dealership on i10.

Very happy with my experience there.

I have bought bikes from Mancuso SW with no issues. You have to be willing to negotiate with them and be willing to walk if you don't get the deal you want.

What problems did you have?

Bought the ducati there. No complaints. It was a fair deal and I'll probably attempt to buy my next bike there.
Depending on how they deal of course.

Negotiating wasn't an issue, even though they started out at a price no one would have paid, they did negotiate, but I had to negotiate down just to what other people were offering if i came in with cash.

These guys just fed me lie after lie. I gave them cash, and they made me and my kids sit / stand on the floor for -hours-. I told them I had to leave, and they just kept feeding me new lies about how the bike was almost here, then it was on a truck. they just had zero regard for my time, or even money. My parents got a new bike at polaris off 45, the same day because these guys wouldn't give us the time of day. Of course, once they had the money things were even slower. Overall, the experience was bad, they have some of the best inventory in Houston, which means a lot. Just, not cool to have me drive 2 hours, then make me wait 5 1/2.

There is a bit more to the story, but that about sums it up.

The R6 is plenttyyyyyyy of bike. At least, for me, coming from the fz6r, night and day, anything more than this, for now, would be nothing more than me being an idiot. , the r6 is pretty much an idiot move.

Probably half the price of what you paid though, and if you're feeling intimidated you could always put it on the low power fuel mapping.

Who was your sales guy?

Got a laughable OTD on a bike there awhile back, and I don't waste my time negotiating back and forth so I just walked away. I did tell them... Lol

Yes, I should have. I actually talked to them first, and they were a hundred bucks cheaper, but, they didnt' have the color I wanted, My wife wants a bike now, so I'll likely just head that way next time around!

Yes, it was quite laughable, I think the initial OTD was 13,980 with 450 in labor for some parts I wanted.

It was Bryce. But, to be fair, we didn't deal with him after the sales manager. Once bryce introduced us, he was done, so I can't really blame him. Although, he did tell me 45 minutes at noon... and we didn't leave until after 5:00PM. I'm not even that angry, I'm just annoyed that I financed a bike at katy yamaha about 2 years ago, and I was in and out in under an hour and a half, and this time i paid cash, and the entire process took over 5 hours.

They have a great service department. Every new motorcycle I have purchased was in the crate so I have always had to wait several days for assembly. Don't be in such a hurry next time.

Seems like you are thinking that paying cash magically gets you a better deal/special treatment.

If your bike came out of the crate with 0 miles I would understand the wait.. right now given the information I am confused about what actually happened.

I've given up going to dealerships and working out a deal to purchase in person. It gets drawn out and then once my patients has worn, I start picking apart everything that is said to me afterwards.

The best buying experience I've had was with my ZL1 Camaro. I searched online till I found what I wanted. Negotiated the price over emails and got USAA to finance. All I did was print out the check for the dealership, signed a few papers, and drove off the lot in less than an hour.

Even if I was buying with straight cash, you can still get majority of the paperwork filled out and email/fax them back to the dealer, to expedite the process.

non newtonian TIME vapors

Time is generally considered part of the fundamental structure of the universe—a dimension independent of events, in which the events are ordered and seem to occur in sequence. Sir Isaac Newton subscribed to this realist view, and hence it is sometimes referred to as Newtonian time BUT ( I ) believe that time does not refer to any kind of "container" that events and objects "move through", nor to any entity that "flows", but that it is instead part of a fundamental abstract structure (together with space and numbers) within which humans sequence and compare events and that time is neither an event nor a thing, and thus is not itself measurable nor can it be travelled ... time is merely a conception of consciousness ... my view allows that you were not really waiting you just thought you were ... ENJOY YOUR 6 and remember the more disambiguous you are the faster you will think you are going
