Riding clears my head...especially after a hard day/week at work.

From a purely fun angle...I have always wanted a bike growing and now I have one!

To meet men, of course.

...just kidding, although it is a perk. If you want the real answer, ask me in person one day. Words on a screen don't do the passion justice.

I ride cause i was raised on bikes. right after i learned to walk, i was on a pw50. now, its to get awy from all troubles, headaches, anything thats weighing on my mind, also now when i ride, i ride to be close to my dad. Its what he raised me to do, and if i were to stop. I would let him down.

It's one of the few things I do that I'm focused on completely in that moment. It's the embodiment of "living in the now." Plus there are the less abstract aspects: seeing a little girl point at me and yell, "that's a girl!" and believing a world of possibilities opened up for her. I always loveeeeeeee (this is weird, but you guys are getting used to it by now) going thru drive-thru windows on Mogee. :laughing6 Dunno why. . .it usually results in an amusing conversation with random clerks. It makes my week when I can pull up to a motocop at a light and rev Mogee up like I wanna race. It hasn't ended badly yet, but I guess someday I'll find one without a sense of humor. Night rides rock. . .I love smelling the night blooming jasmines, gardenias and other fragrant flowers. It's all so visceral: touch, taste, sound, sight--Mogee enhances everything. Oh yeah, and putting barely pubescent boys with big ideas in Mustangs to shame is kinda fun too.

I ride to get away from it all, For the feeling of being free like flying on the ground. I like to live not just exist and nothing makes me feel more alive.
But mainly because there is nothing else quite like it!

I look forward to riding no matter when or where. It could be just riding to work wearing out a flat spot on the tire or meeting up with the MH crew trying to get rid of the last lil bit of chicken strips on an afternoon ride.

Kicking back with the MH fam and tossin back some ice cold cervesas(miller light).

My wife & I are firm believers in "WORK HARD & PLAY HARDER" ... we WORK TO LIVE, NOT LIVE TO WORK!!! ... and our bikes are just some of our toys we use to get away from the "REAL WORLD". Just like a lot of you said, you just get out and forget about everything else, don't worry about what happened 5 sec. ago.
I'm new to riding (I've only been riding a few months), but I love the feeling of being in complete control of such a powerful machine! And if gives me a feeling of freedom & Independence ... and after a long day of frying my brain at work, it just relaxes my brain! :laughing6:laughing6
