since i just built my computer from scratch..i want to make something of it and i was thinking about buying one of these to help me out , so i was wondering if anyone has or is using one of these at home or work, and i was also wondering if the picture is projected on the screen you are drawing on or do u just stare at the gray screen while everything is being done on ur monitor

Everything is done on the monitor, I have one of the older series of WACOM tablets. They work great for graphics, small learning curve.

well how good are they when you want to draw objects from scratch on it??? meaning like a human body or an animal, how much of a pain is it when you cant see what u are drawing and u have to constantly have to look up to to keep track of ur lines??

Re: anyone use one of these

You look at the screen while you draw, not where you hand is. However, you can draw something on paper, place the paper under the clear protector, and then trace it with the pen. It is designed to let you trace like that.
