2CT Availability

2CT Availability:

For those of us waiting on 2CT's, I just got off the phone with Michelin. There is a very limited availability.

I did mange to get a few coming in.
If you have a 2CT recall tire, and want to replace it with another 2CT, please e-mail me with your contact info; name, address, phone number, etc. and I will try to pull as many as I can from Michelin.

Please don't pm or call. I'll get back to you as I can get the tire.

You can also contact the authorized Michelin retailer of your choice to handle the recall for you as well.

They are still non-committal about a firm 2CT delivery date, although they're now saying early-August.

However they've moved that date out a couple of times now, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

Believe me, I feel your pain. :BangHead:

I still can't get any to be able to sell to match the rears I have in stock.

I've got 2 of my bikes with 2ct's on them as well and am waiting on replacements for them.

As far as swapping brands, I put Corsa 3's on the Duc once the stock tires wore out because the 2ct's weren't available, and am really liking them.
I've also had good results with the new BT002 Track day tires.

If you're looking for a good dual compound track day tire, and are tired of waiting on the 2ct, I'd recommend either the BT002 T or the Corsa 3.
I've got plenty of both in stock.

Jet,
Got it.

Alberto, did you already call yours in?
If not, try getting hold of them and have it shipped to the shop.

I tried but they said to contact you, that the exchange has to be done through you. Basically they told me to wait, i wasn't as lucky as Jet.

alrova story - I called and and they said Motorcycles Unlimited needs to call them to get my tire.

So, at the end, who the heck knows. If you are lucky maybe they can send it to Motorcycles Unlimited, maybe cause i am mexican.
