why would it not? b/c no charges filed? I would hope that the accident report would still outline fault and that would be good enough for the cars insurance co.

This guy was brother to my daughter's best friend. Happened almost two weeks ago. RIP to the dude. I didn't know him. His mom was pretty upset about it and a lot of people kept bringing up the fact that it was his own fault. It was making the situation worse for the family every time that was brought up.

Very strange. The damage in the photos does not seem to line up with the words in the story. No mention of any witnesses either. RIP.

Looks to me as if he already planned on passing and the vehicle turned left in front of him. They would have both been moving on the same direction.
