NASA meet and greet?

It would seem that there are quite a few of us that work for (civil servant or contractor) NASA. I work for Boeing at Tower II ...

So, anyone interested in meeting for lunch one day? Perhaps on site at the cafeteria, or perhaps at one of the local eats?

Sweet! How about next Monday the 6th of August ... that's the day right before the launch. I know it's last minute ... but once the mission starts, I'll be pretty much busy and on call for the whole duration ... I'm sure some of you will be in the same situation.

Anyway, I was thinking perhaps, East Star or Fuds.... any other ideas?

**** definitely not east star... it is notorious for making people sick. Any place that claims to have chinese AND sushi you should never trust on principle. I don't know about you other suggestion but based upon east star I've got some serious doubts.

Dudes,

I've just been notified of a meeting that I've got to attend on Monday, there are some issues that need clearing (nothing major ... but major enough that my boss needs me to go) before the flight, so I won't be able to go to Fuds ... you guys can either go without me, or take a rain check and do it sometime later this week?

What say you?
