38k max.....they arent cheap but u need to take into consideration how different the new skylines are compared to the R33......i think the newest is R38????

but moody wouldn't that cost alot to register the car and transportation and all the etc. to convert it street legal for the us. not mentioning the hassle.

I heard that legalizing is no longer possible. Motorex used to do it, but now they can't for some reason. Yes converting to US specs is very expensive, that's why the cost of them (if you can find them) in the US is so high.

From what I have been told.... you could probably get away with the import route cheaper with the company out of California that is now doing the modifications. Things may have chaged in the last couple of years. :dontknow:

go buy one in japan, take out the engine, ship it over here, ship the body as parts car. Come over here put the engine in. Go to a junk yard buy a wrecked maxima that has salavge title. Swap the vin in. Register it. Then jsut say you have a maxima that is converted into a skyline.

30k, wth? thats way toooooooooo much. and dont go to motorx either. theyre way to expensive too. if you need a skyline, i can get you one thats alot better.
