u might b able to get away with it just because he didn't let u c the radar. i believe that is mandatory if u ask to c it or if u ask 4 him check for calibration on it.

thats what i saw on one of the court shows on tv, he doesnt have to show u nothing u dont like the ticket u can dispute it . and also he has the right not to talk to u, he can only give u his badge number thats about it.

you guys are funny "check the calibration " do u expect him to let u do a couple of runs to see if his radar is accurate lol.

Re: Need a Good Lawyer

You guys must be noobs... Are u crazy?!?!? Getting a Lawyer saves u so much Money and keeps your record clean. From personal experience, I had a period way back when I was gettin close to one a month . Ill be happy to say I have none on my record thanks to the lawyer I used. He's awesome. I got a 110 in a 45 once and he got it dismissed. Plus you dont have to pay the ticket you only pay a fee to the lawyer and that's it! right:

Re: Need a Good Lawyer

Dude, use www.theticketattorney.com
I have used sprecher and he me. yes, defferred adjudication is the way. you just can't get a CONVICTION in the same court in your time frame. no he does NOT have to show you the radar, and just don't say anything at all while you're getting ducked. anything you say he/she/porky will be writing on the back of your ticket to remember you when you do get to court. I know, I'm a former LEO.
FTP ya'll.

Re: Need a Good Lawyer

Take it to court and represent yourself, most of the time the cop does not show up. Or maybe that is just my good luck. Anyway, here is a link that I follow DOs and DONTs.

Have been pulled over:
125 in a 45
85 in a 40
55 in a 60 for aggressive driving...heavy acceleration..LOL
STILL HAVE A CLEAN RECORD!!!
