stiffin shocks?

the bike i just bought was setup for a 150lb rider.. is there a way to adjust it to my weight? or do i have to take it to a shop?

hmm, im in austin but if i come back down there with it ill swing by forsure. you guys worked on this bike before, i just bought it though
