Sounds like it could be murder because she was running and hit the guy killing him while intentionally trying to escape the scene of the other two crashes while under the influence of hydrocodone with two kids in the car under 15. I imagine witness reports had something to do with it too.

She might take a plea deal for a lesser charge, but still, a felony murder charge is still allowed under the law.
