Re: light bill

I'm with reliant and my last bill was $146. I thought it was high, but compared to what I see posted here it's not that bad. What I usually do is either turn of the ac when I'm at work, or put it up to like 85, and then lower it when I get home.

Re: light bill

In addition to Reliant being one of the highest price energy providers they have never done me right. Your just another number in the big pool of millions of numbers. Customer service should really be called "What the do you want and do I really care?" I've been DISCONNECTED twice on "accident". Even though they were at fault, I still had to wait till the NEXT day to get power restored.... thats what I call service. So at least I'll go to another company where its a little cheaper and they pretend to give a about what I have to say.

I've got mine programmed so at 7am it goes up to 82 degrees, and at 4pm it cranks down to 74 degrees. I would imagine that saves a little $$$ throughout the entire month...

this is exactly what happened to me. plus reliant requires 200 dollars deposit that they can take out of it whenever they please.
