Do you get what you pay for?

Im posting this in the general discussion and not in petes section because pete no longer works at lee nguyen's state farm office. Set up everything back in may with pete, no problems. Realized I needed to get my billing address set up different and my policy changed to 6 month so I wasnt getting constant bills in. Which is where it began.... Call everything in and they say its taken care of. Get a MONTHLY bill in at the house in college station a few weeks later. Go into the office this time and again they say it is fixed and i went ahead and paid the 6 months instead of waiting for a pro-rated bill in the mail. Got a monthly bill in today stating that I had not paid the 6 month premium and it showed that the life insurance attachment (dont need cuz dad has me covered) was not required as my agent told me. Also Never got my 6 month card in. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead: I have a good temper, but my biggest peeve is doing things over and over and over. Called agent, put my on hold forever. Called 1800#, am requesting a change of agents, they changed my policy off monthly and took that life attachment off. If you sound off the operators get scared, I got a threeway call between supervisor, finance department and me. Also faxed and mailed my 6 month card.

Moral of the story, stay the F*CK away from LEE NGUYEN. Everyone in the place was real nice, but NEVER did what they said they would. Can't imagine what would happen if my bike actually got stolen.....

I will not go into details but in regards to my stolen 750. I will say things did not turn out as I was led to believe when I purchased my policy.

well i dont know about my coverage because I haven't had to use it...but i was just wondering if this terrible service is foreshadowing the kind of service i would get if my bike actually got stolen
