I believe it's up to the supervisor's discretion.

Wouldnt stop for a traffic stop
Must of had warrants i bet.

I havent run from cops in many years.
Always had rules to run though.
1. Do i have enough fuel? ( if not, pull over)
2. Do i know the roads where i am at? (If not, let somebody in front that does)

If it wasnt in my favor to run i would stop and take my medicine.

Now i just pull over and it goes pretty good as most cops expect motos to run.

I have gotten many verbal warnings just for stopping and not running.

I'm glad you pull over and take it like a man. Most will not do that and run...

When I was 19, I ran from the 5.0 and was successful. But I think back on it now and I'm glad I didn't turn into a statistic. I was dumb and put many people in harms way. I did many stupid things back then and learned valuable lessons. It is NEVER a good opportunity to make a run for it... just pull over and accept you did wrong.

Did it back when I was young and dumb several times. Got caught once (went down) and received 10 traffic tickets and 1 felony count of evading arrest. Was in the city jail for a day and half. Got lucky that I did not hurt myself or others. Cops were pretty cool after talking to my Dad. He explained that I was around racing and fast stuff my whole life but was a good kid. The 2 arresting officers ended up talking to the judge and really helped me out. He dropped 5 tickets and dropped the felony to a class C misdemeanor. Became friends with the two officers and ending up riding motorcycles with them a few times. Still did some stupid stuff but it really calmed me down.

Yea, I wish I could be friends with the cops I out ran... but then they would probably lock me up for that time in Mexico.

If you run on the streets, you are a selfish .

The streets are not your playground, they belong to everybody and you are putting other people at risk.

I don't care if you ride like Rossi, the speeds and maneuvers necessary to evade the police are the speeds and maneuvers likely to send grandma into the ditch with little Johnny in the back seat.

Ready for the flames...
