r1 wheelie?

I just got a R1, upgrading from my 600rr, I tried gassing the 1st gear to see how it is and the front lift up! What is the better gear to power wheelie with this 2003 r1 1st or 2nd gear?

if you power wheelie a 1000 in first and dont know what bp or back brake control is, then your gonna get hurt, i can float the 600 in 4th down the highway, a liter bike can easily do that, first gear = dangerous
