Governed or not?

Not sure if this is the right place for this quotation, but recently got an 05 cbr1000rr. Was wondering if it is governed down or do I have other issues. Bike tops out at about 150mph.

Im not aware of a gov set at 150. Is it running out of RPMs? If so, count the teeth on the sprockets. It should go faster than 150 for sure
