We are a KTM dealer here at Cycle Shack North. What type of service do you need, is it scheduled maintenance or repair? As a Motohouston member you will get a discount on parts. I'll PM you the labor price if your interested. Let me know if I can help.

Had some warrenty work done and they didn't reassemble correctly. After talking to KTM USA, they recommend WW.

I second not going to Tejas. Sales and parts are good, service is very bad.

No issues with Houston Motorsports on 1960 so far. Bought a Super Adventure from them. Just 1 service and another trip to fix a broken saddlebag lock so far. It's about due for its next service and I'll see how they handle the "front end wobble" issue around 40-55mph that lot of owners like myself have been experiencing.

I'm not experiencing the front end wobble on mine, but do have the clunk from the front suspension rebound. Waiting to see what the possible solution is from KTM.

I notice that too so I'll probably mention it when I take it probably next week but the wobble seems to be getting worse making me think tire issue. When I got the bike I had them re-balance the front wheel as I was feeling a tire hop through the bars and it was way off. I'd have to add up the total grams, but there's 3 strips of weights about 2-3 inches long in the same section of the wheel. I know some people both US and overseas on a Facebook group have had bad wheels and tires that had to be replaced. And I heard from some that KTM quit putting the Conti Trail Attack 2 tires on bikes in Europe due to bad tires... Several said that just a tire change made a huge difference, so I may be swapping to some dirt tires sooner rather than later so I can get off pavement more.
