Anyone delt with Eximports?

We were talkin about Eximports in the other thread and how they give financing to anybody. Well I was gonna shoot down there saturday morning to take a look at their inventory and prices. I dont want to get involved in any sort of financing.....cold hard cash for me......but does anyone know much about them? Prices? Anyone finance through them?

Prices range like crazy.. and yes they finance almost anyone with some decent built credit...
IMO I think they're a bit pricey. You can find better deals elsewhere, not sayin not to go check them out, but Im just sayin to definitely look around town and see what other opportunities come up! right:

They used bike for like a $100 below retail. Even if it's 2 years old. If you are paying cold hard cash, then buy from a private owner.

that was neil hodgson.

well you can't blame a dealer that let's people ride even if they don't have great credit. tha'ts more than a person can say about loads of other dealers. the use bikes are pretty high but it's up to you to get the best bike possible out of what they have used.

Re: Anyone delt with Eximports?

yeah, from first hand experience, they are pricey. guy that helped (i guess you can say helped lol) me get mine was merill. i dont know if he's there any more. cool guy. before i bought, i never really shopped around, cuz i figured i'd never buy one. yeah, i would check on ebay for used bikes, look online on pricing for new bikes, didn't know which manufacturer i actually wanted to get, so i had 0 to very little knowledge on pricing. well, i ended up buying mine, it was a spurt of the moment thing, really just went to gaze at their bikes, then merill and my wife talked me into gettin my bike. i tried to talk them down on the price, but they wouldnt budge. all i got was a measley coupon for a free oil change. oh, and free delivery, the guy ended up riding my bike to my house. oh well, lesson learned....the hard way. oh, and i didnt finance thru them, did it thru another route.

Re: Anyone delt with Eximports?

havent really heard anything good about eximports. rather check out the bikes that Patrick has, in case you like any of them. I was told about Patrick's place on this forum, went there, liked the people, but they dont yet have a bike which I want
Btw, I too am planning to at least go take a look at eximports and see how lousy are their prices!
