on the other hand after the 3rd lap every session my left hand would get weak and not allow me to fully engage the clutch so i stayed in 3rd gear most of the session.

Started off really cloudy and dark, but didn't rain. No cars showed up so we ran a non-stop open track session for about 90mins or so. The sun came out and it got HOT and humid real quick. Only a few sprinkles for about a minute like 'turo said, but it was dry before we got back on the track. If everyone rode all the sessions there was over 5hrs of riding today on a dry track. Amazing considering the forecast.

The 90min open track might of had something to do with it.

I'm glad it wasn't just me. It was a great day.
At one point it looked like a wall of rain was only about 10 minutes away and then Dr Gonzos magic rain dance kicked in and it parted like the Red Sea. It went around the track on both sides. It appeared to be raining hard only about a mile to the north.

I had a great day.

It was good to see some folks to say good bye in case I don't get to see them before I go.

As for the ride, I did okay for the most part.
It was not easy to get my groove.
For some reason, I couldn't relax on my bike, kept getting cramps, bike felt raw, I was having a hard time with turn 1... after few sessions of struggle, I had one good session which made my day.

But more than anything, I just enjoyed being around people I like.

Thank you Buck for having me and taking a good care of me.
I'll never forget how wonderful person and rider you are.
Thank you.

Thanks to Buck and the LMS crew for another great trackday. I thought that we were going to have to battle the rain more than we did, and it ended up being a really nice day at the track. Got to test out the new zx6r, and lay down some pretty quick laps, for my standards. Was anybody out there taking pictures? Thanks again, and hope to see everyone out there again soon.

Yeah, I'll definitely be doing at least 1 more this year. I'd like to get 2 or 3 in, but have some other financials I want to take care of first.
