The note should read: "I saw what you did this summer."

no i was walking out to my truck after work and saw it happen, then i ran up to the car, and he was scared and floored it, after i punched through his driver window after he almost ran me over from trying to flee.

If he sold the car, and he did get the title transferred or fill in and send with 5$ a title transfer notification form than tough for him. He is still responsible. His responsibilty to track down the buyer, or at bare minimum provide appropriate paper work, dl numbres etc.

Hit and run is in fact a felony

I had this "b**ch" a couple years ago, in traffic jam come alongside of me in the other lane, look at me and push me in between her and the other car alongside of me. Her window was open and we were doing MAYBE 15mph, i yelled at her "You F*cking b**ch". she knew i was there as she was behind me for a few miles. I wrote down her plate #, looked it up and it did seem to be her info so i sent her a nasty gram in the mail telling her that i knew who she was and where she lives.
Thought about sending her another letter about a year later, maybe with one of those "Thinking of you" carbs. woulda been funny i thought.
anyway
