And although we can question the cop's judgement, I think we can all agree his grasp of chemistry and physics, by the effectiveness of spraying a mace mist at bikes driving by at....by Bevo's argument default....45+ mph, is limited.

Ok Bevo i watched the video again and it looks like when it slows down you can see the bikers trying to move over as far as they van but all the lanes are packed up with traffic. I also saw the longhorn symbol on the police car so i understand now you are just looking after your people.
