Got a ticket for this once. I'll make sure to drive 45 MPH while on I-45 next time.

Uh, he was in the middle of unfinished businesses with another motorist on the shoulder. No telling how many idiots passed before the video was shot.

I guess the only innocent riders are ones that avoid cattle guards

What part of I-45 has a single lane of traffic not in a construction zone?

He was in fear for his life and protecting a motorist, that's good enough for every other that's not a cop

You may be a smart and the cop may be a dumb , but it still doesnt give him the right to do what he did. He could have pulled them over and given them a ticket for the offence instead of spraying the whole group.

I would rather slow down to 45 mph than to change lanes to prove a point.

LOL, explain how he's going to pull over a group that large. You're not naive, you've seen what happens when cops try to enforce traffic laws on groups of this size

It's a hip pack. Most of my rides don't involve cattle guards so you can show up on a ride and for a very brief period, see that the pack is not on my

Uh, didn't I post something to the effect that an argument for wrong doing could be made for both?

Dallas police are investigating a Ft Worth cop? Link?

So beve. All the spirited rides you do. Do you thinl its fair to sit on the side of the road and blind everyone with mace when you guys get caught or is a summons more appropriate? Is the cop judge and jury? Come one Beve yoire smarter than this...

If it were up to me, people using the left lane not for passing would be shot on site, so yeah, if I'm on the shoulder than I should be able so use any means necessary to protect the space next to me.

Uh, is a person that's defending themselves or another judge and jury?
