No thank you. If I weren't hurting so badly, I would have refused the ride and took myself to save some money. That's just crazy!

ambulance's are a waist of money, if your not in a serious situation, I wouldnt call them. My first wreck they asked me if they needed an ambulance and i said "NO!" I used there cell phone and called my brother and got there quick.

My totals are usually between $10K - $12K per trip. Lots of money for a trip I don't even remeber.

and you know your not in serious situations HOW? are you medically trained?

had a friend of mine crash at the dirt track, went home, as he was fainting called 911.......rushed him to the hospital to remove his spleen......he felt fine, until that point.

better safe then sorry. that why you should have medical ins. if you ride motorcycles. along w/ life insurance.

Back in February, I dislocated my shoulder and sprained my wrist. No ambulance and no hospital but the doctors, x-ray and MRI came to over $6000.

when you crash, you are still filled with adrenaline, and you just can't think straight. Too easy to overlook an injury.

Yeah, luckily my girlfriend lives in the same neighborhood as me and took me to the hospital when I had my accident. Not that it made much difference, my hospital bills are already well over $25K anyways with more to come.
