Here's a story my co-worker told me that happened while taking the MSF course a couple months ago.

squid kid shows up on the second day on his sport bike wearing no helmet. One of the instructors walks up and tells the kid to stay on the bike, then braces the front tire with his legs, reaches over and raps the kid on the head with his clip board and says ... "That wouldn't have hurt if you were wearing a helmet"

Pretty funny stuff.
