met a crazy guy

ive known this kid thru high school and hes always been one of those kids who haul out of the parking lot and reving his truck up till his headers were glowing red. but today i was on the bike and just cruising through kingwood and i see a red R1 07 and NO helmet, gloves just shorts t shirt and shoes. so i tell him to follow me to my house and he pull over and hes got white threads showing on his rear tire,1600 miles on it, lol he said turbo but looked at the bike and didnt see it so that was total BS . not to mention this is his first bike. this guy will be either in ICU or RIP in no time. kinda sad

You should have asked him to run as fast as he can head first into a wall. If that does not persuade him to wear a helmet then chalk him up for the stats.

Yes let him know how important it is to wear gear. Power walking at 3 mph into a wall hurts, imagine going at speeds over 50. Instead of keeping words to yourself, you should have led him to the right road.

getting road rash at 10 mph hurts bad enough. I've got the scar on my leg to prove it.

If he is really a friend you may want to try and reason with the guy.
