Keith and his wife do a good ride--I joined them last weekend. They are very, VERY safety conscious, and fantastic hosts. Pace is moderate, I don't imagine many other than newbies will be lagging behind. Fast enough to have fun. It's nice to take it easy every now and then

Lol! I don't ride on the street anything like I do on the track. I am not a very fast or skilled rider. If the pace is leisurely but still interesting for a noob like me then I would certainly consider it moderate.
