POSSIBLE....ONE DAY Solracer's Super Awesome Adventure Ride........

This weekend. One day (Saturday or Sunday).

You'd have to trailer your bike.
You'd have to be at the Crowne Plaza at 290@35 at 8am.
You would leave the trucks and trailer there. We would get back there later that afternoon/early night.
There WILL be cattle guards.
There IS air to be caught if you so choose.
There IS a little gravel..
There COULD be water to be crossed.
416 Miles on the bikes. Would be a great 8-10 Hour day.

I've done these roads on several bikes. Sport guys don't be scurred. (I'm on a YZF600r)

Even if we don't go this weekend, I WILL be going in the next month or two.

PM if interested.

Yeah, I'd prefer a year's notice with a 12 hour cancellation

If sport-style bikes are fine for the ride, why would a trailer be necessary?

It's not necessary. We've done this on bikes leaving Houston but it was an overnight, two day ride.

Since we are abbreviating this trip, we are trying to get out there to the good stuff and back ASAP. Otherwise we always ride out there and back. 2 day of it. 800+ miles...

I mean, I guess you could wake up at 4 or 5 am and ride 290 all the way to Austin and back, but thats not much fun.

When we take the 2 days trips, we ride the back roads all the way there and back.
