Stolen white Grom

Local teacher at Langham Creek had his new white Honda Grom stolen out of his garage Monday night 2/29. He lives in the neighborhood east of BarkerCypress between Hwy529 and West Little York. Yeah, not the best hood. He had lots of power tools also in the garage and the thief (or thieves) opened the garage door (I don't know how) and rolled the bike out in the middle of Monday night 2/29. It appears this wasn't random as they had to break in and left a bunch of other valuables that could have been carried off. Police report filed but we know how that goes.

I don't have the plate number. It likely wouldn't matter as that would be removed quick enough. Just want to get the word out that if you see a new white Honda grom rolling around in the area that looks sketchy then please let me know.

Sucks. We had our apartment broken into last month. We were living off Westheimer/Beltway area. We now live in Sugar Land lol. My dads truck was broken into a couple weeks ago. So much was stolen, was really hoping to hear back, considering some weapons were stolen. Nothing so far :/. Hope he had good insurance.

I'll tell you exactly how they got in... They probably wedged the door open at the top and used a hanger to flip the emergency lever down. I've zip-tied mine to prevent this very thing from happening. It sucks big time and I hope that somehow this guy gets his bike back in one piece.
