Yup. I have the 6.0 b stocks. Light output is phenomenal! Thr only issue is the curvature of the headlight lens distorts the cutoff but great nonetheless. I'm redoing the retrofit again and creating a custom plate for the bowls since it's kind of difficult to align them square.

I had a set of 6.0s in my civic. Highly recommended. I have a set of the new 7.0s with 55watt 55k. They are just sitting in my closet waiting for me to find some time and a spare set of lights to install.

I argue these are much different than just putting HID bulbs in a standard reflector housing.

I plan on doing another retro in my truck if things pan out for it. How do you like running the 55watt? I tend to stay with the 35 to get more life out of them but may switch if the output outweighs life expectancy.

Fab skills required to get these put in. You can pay a reputable shop to it for you or have your headlight sent in. These are not the "stick hid bulbs in your headlight" kit and what I have blows those kits out of the water in performance and lighting and not blind people.

Thanks! I will look into that manufacture and see if they have anything for my girl as I commute at night sometimes and these bulbs aren't cutting it for spotting pot holes around where I live. Might see if I can sucker a guy friend into installing them for me to save a bit of money I don't want to sink too much money into this bike.

Totally retarded to hate HIDs in projector housings. They illuminate the road better and blind other drivers less than traditional lights in reflective housings. Now the guys who slap HID bulbs in reflective housings... em

It is not really what you'd consider an easy process. I wouldn't bother doing it for a friend unless there was monetary compensation. It's a

Maybe I should just try new bulbs first? The lights are just too weak and with my poor eyesight it doesn't help.

Yeah just go for the new bulbs. They will actually be brighter from your point of view.

Make sure you ride around in the seabrook area as much as possible once you install them

Perhaps. I am not all that knowledgeable on what your options are. To me it's either stock or full projector retrofit, which is what cuong has done

Just go with the cheap bulb kit since it's temporary and you're on a budget.

Your ability to see is more important than blinding ole TOEster here. He's always riding in a car anyways...
