Last time I took my wheels someplace to have tires mounted it was this cycle gear, seem to recall it being $30-35, but I took in my own tires as well.

I've done three of my own tires in the last month, just need to get a balancing stand. I'm on the SW side, but hesitate to offer to do it as I can almost guarantee I'll scratch your rim (if doing my own so far is any indication) as all I have right now are metal tire irons.
