HELP!!!

I just aquired a mini-sprint with a Suzuki gsxr 600....the car is for my son and we were going racing Saturday 2/13/2016, however the plug to the oil pan stripped....I have re-tapped the hole, which the plug tightens by hand but to get it snugged, I put a wratchet on it and it stripped again....this is of immediate importance as he and I have been looking forward to this weekend.....anyone, please help.....we are supposed to be at Bronco from 1;30 - 5....he has a basketball game in the morning which hinders the situation (he is 13 and yes he does have talent which has been confirmed by several, including Dan Paatorini).....please help, please.....Jeff Bowlin 832-594-0964 j.bowlin@sbcglobal.net

You can try to re tap...I have seen people jb weld a plug in and use a manual vacuum to remove and replace oil.

The problem with the GSXR oil pans is there's a gap machined into the threads that runs 3/4 of the length.
There's also not a lot of material to work with as far as retapping.
You didn't mention what year it is, but your best bet is to swap pans.
