Good shops near Pearland?

I noticed that most of the sponsors are from the North Side of Houston. Anyone know of any good shops in the South side? Specifically Hondas.

Thanks!

Bump to the top... West Pearland seems to be 10 miles from any shop. I'd love to support the sponsors and everyone raves about Motorcycles Unlimited but it is over an hour each way.

Is there a tire changer within half an hour of 288 and Broadway?

To be honest, "New" Pearland is a desert when it comes to shops.

PM Mekrew he might be able to tell you something. He's out here too.

JK performance is reasonable. He is a one man operation, so call before you go. He is very close to beltway/hwy90. I've used him for some small stuff a few times.

Do you have to buy the tire there or can you bring in the tire and rim? This could be a good strategy, go watch the racing and get new tires mounted while you are having fun.

you can bring your own tire. However, if you're not a TD participant or racing, I think they charge a small gate fee too.

To be honest even though its an hour each way Moto Unltd. is your best bet for a fair and honest shop, i'd gladly drive an hour each way to know that i was dealing with a professional shop who actually knows how to handle a shop...professionally.

good luck in advance, because if you read thru the forum you'll find many a horror story about those who decided to go to a local shop because HOPD/MOTOUnltd was "too far" and regretted it immediatley because they got shafted
