20+ years ago in germany they have cameras set up in differant places in the trees that would take your pic and speed, radar type thing.
remember in 87 or so there was a SUV cop on the gulf freeway with his rear opened and would take your pic if u were doing a certain speed over. don't know if was automatic or the cop pushed a button but it would flash.
a police state is next
