I was able to get the data from my forward facing camera. This was my first session of the day. So first few laps were off my normal pace.

I hope to have a camera set up on my next track day so I can post up and get pointers. Planning to go in April. I was told I could go to level 2, but I think I am going to do one more track day in level 1. This Saturday was my first time.

Good to see our team bike had a strong motor, right up until the part where it didn't

(The white and red r6, axo leathers. It was it's first and only session)

Should be able to pass way more faster going into it.
Looks like you let off too early into diamonds edge. If anything you should be downshifting and maintaining your speed into it.
Your line out of the carousel looks like you could pick up a lot more drive so you can have some more speed coming out of it to get a little better drive out. Same with the bus stop.

Yeah, that black bike with the guy in the astar suit.
Most of those sections if there was a rider that I would meet in the corner I wouldn't go full blast into it. I didn't trust the level 2 riders to hold their line so I didn't want to go barreling past them. But you're right I do need to carry more speed pretty much everywhere. It's hard for me to push a little more each lap when I'm hitting slow and inconsistent traffic. I was happy with getting down to a 1:54 on a 390 but we will see what I can manage this week at the races.

Dude don't listen to the bs! I know you and your skills on a big bike, and the level 2 sketchiness would had me being cautious too! A 1:54 is good with traffic on the 390. My best on a clear track on a race prepped cbr 500 is a 1:50. You my friend are a good rider and you deserve to hear it from someone that's ridden level 3 with you! Your going to kill it this weekend, it will take all I got to keep you looking at my rain light lol

Yeah even during the sessions I knew I needed to carry more speed. I feel like I have good drive out but need to work on the entry.

Don't worry you will see me on the podium for ULW GP this weekend. If ya ain't first yer last!

Lol he was probably having a real tough time mixing it up with Texas speed. Not the same speed as in Arkansas? He was probably frustrated already. An old guy telling him what's up probably didn't help

Awww, this stuff makes me sad. I was the guy taking apart his bike next to the covered pits. 5 hours later I discovered I had a bad throttle position sensor. I even rode around my block a few times the week before heading out - it was fine then. Totally wasted day for me. Oh well :(
