The only advice I can give is that if you do this get the good stuff and charge whatever you need to come out on top, but please make it good food. I hate going and paying 4 or 5 bucks for a hot dog and it taste like the paper that is wrapped around it. If you serve good food people will pay whatever you want and not about it but if you serve crappy food and charge the same amount of money you're going to people off and lose money cuz word will get around and you'll lose business. Good luck and I think it is a great idea.

I'd offer the basics for a place like Track 21. Nachos, hotdogs, candy, cotton candy, pretzels, popcorn and drinks etc etc.

Would you guys think it would work or be worth it? I would only have it open Fri, Sat, and Sunday.

Need positive and negative feedback.

i would say that it really depends all on location, location, etc. I have owned a fast food restaurant and that didnt work even though we had "good food" and dirt cheap prices. I can help you set up the shop and price it "right" according principles of hotel/restaurant management. Also other factors include what kind of roi do you want, what effective rate return do you want, blah blah? how fast do you want to break-even etc etc.

oh, and even though you "think it needs an eatery" and this is a small scale business and not one like big companies, should you even do a market analysis to see what customers would want to even sustain the business you propose.

you should ban outside food because of people like joneric
if he's supplying most of the equipment, why not try it out.

We usually always order Pizza to have it delivered there. It makes it easier going there right after work. I would think that even if you only have it open on weekends, it should be good. It helps to kill the time between one hour wait sessions. :laughing6

Oh, just make sure you have something vegetarian (like no meat, cheese sandwich or something). :icon_bigg

edit to add: We always wondered why they don't offer food there, so I think it is long overdue.
