anyone in houston re-do seats?

if someone needed a seat redone, maybe some better padding and new lining

Try an auto upholstery shop. They should be able to do it but they may have to order weather resistant material.

What bike is it for?

I recovered the seat on a couple bikes. Just need patience and a strong staple gun.

Dude behind sharpstown did a chair for me in a few hours for 20 bucks I provided fabric he provided foam lining.
