I have a set of forks from a 954 (that should fit a 929, right?) that have race-tech internals (less than 1K miles) and I also have a completely stock set (~7K miles).

if cliff backs out of the bodywork, let me know.
my hotbodies is all torn up from recent crashes.

to the original poster, what questions do you have? there's a few past and current 929 trackbike owners here. just ask away. patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited used to own a 929 also. that's who i usually ask.

I own a 929 also. I had mine since 02 and haven't had any problems. Knock on wood. I stunt it, ride around the city and did a trackday on it. It handled great and I'm thinking about doing another trackday soon.

i'm picking it up tonight. then i am gonna practice painting and repairing bodywork on these before I use my brand NIB shark skinz...i'll learn to ride wearing these i think

hey, i just bought a 929, but i'm not gonna be looking to track it or anything, just cruises, so i'm looking for some shiney parts and maybe extended swingarm, things like that ..

929's are hella fast ...geebus
