I hate to say it but Bevo is r,ri,righ...
I can't say it.

Fact is, in the scenario where somebody gets surrounded and feels threatened, pulling out a gun would be illegal.
See, Texas law doesn't allow whipping out a firearm because you feel threatened.

A gun is considered deadly force and the law allows deadly force only in situations where your life or somebody else's life is in actual danger. Being surrounded by people, even if they are being aggressive is not being in fear of your life.
That's called being a , getting scared and over reacting.

But what is Nevada law on this? Texas law doesn't matter in this case.

Nevermind, found it...
Quote:
Definition of drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner

Drawing or brandishing a weapon is a crime in Nevada if all of the following conditions are met:
•The weapon is a deadly weapon, such as dirks, dirk-knifes, swords, sword canes, pistols, or guns;
AND
•The drawing or brandishing of the weapon occurs in the presence of at least two (2) other people;
AND
•The weapon is drawn, brandished, or exhibited in a rude, angry, or threatening manner.3
Quote:
Defenses against drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner

Which defenses work best in a criminal case always hinge on the specific facts and circumstances. The following are possible defenses to fight Nevada charges of drawing a deadly weapon in a rude, angry or threatening manner:
•Self-defense. Self-defense law in Nevada permits people to fight back if they reasonably believe they or someone else faces immediate bodily harm or death.16 If a defense attorney can show that the defendant drew a deadly weapon in a threatening way in a reasonable attempt to protect him/herself, the criminal charges should be dropped.

I see your point, maybe he brought his bike there in a truck and unloaded before everyone showed up...

I'm curious, do you ever have conversations that don't involve trolling?

I bet your coworkers don't invite you when they go out to lunch.

Show up on a ride and you can witness it all first hand

Social media is too stupid to discuss in person
