2 track day weekend

Are Friday night and Saturday night camping allowed inside these following track facilities for sportbike track days? and how much do they cost per night?

ECR
MSRC
TWS (Texas World Speedway)
MSRH
COTA
H2R
GSS

Yes except the last 2 on your list that I'm not so sure.
Camping is free.
Some tracks they do offer RV hookups and they do charge for that.
BTW, the camping on the track is what makes the weekend complete! It's so much fun with all the party!!! That's the only way to mingle with the track/racers family

I did know they allow camping in COTA, makes doing a trackday weekend more attractive.

I've been to NOLA and BARBER and they do have RV hookups but I'm not so sure if they allow camping.
But I think this is an easy information that you can find on their website...

Casually get there the evening before.
get set up.
Register and Tech in your bike
Get good sleep
ready for the morning.

When I went to cota they didn't allow tent camping. Only in trailers.

Barber is 100% by far the best track to camp at, the grounds are amazing. Track is amazing. It's sad that it's so far away.

If I remember correctly, it was around $30 to camp at Barber.
