What do I need to remove a stretch

I just picked up an 03 r1 that's stretched and lowered. The ride is horrific and I want to remove the stretch and put it back to stock specs. What parts besides the dogbone and chain would I need to replace.

If the chain and sprockets are in good shape you can always just cut the required number of links out to get it back to stock (114 links on that bike). But as mentioned before, brake line, dogbones and double check that the front forks are at the stock height in the triples.
