This would be good information for your lawyer. Doesn't even take much throttle for bumps in the road to loft the front wheel a little bit.

luckily my friend knew someone in the area so my bike wasn't towed
What the ? But some stupid can weave through thick traffic at 85mph while on her cell phone and that's totally cool.

Lucky you didn't get taken to Harris Country. If you go in on a Friday you won't get out until Sunday sometimes. Even if bond is posted an hour after you go in.

You got off easy. My buddy was in for 3-1/2 days because he was arrested on Memorial weekend and the Pasadena jail was packed. He got popped for doing 75 mph on the TX-225 feeder between Red Bluff and Preston. His bike was also in storage for more than 2 weeks because they transferred it to a yard in NW Houston... I never knew they could do that.

I guess the moral of the story is that if you're gonna go down, at least let it be for evading.

It's bikers like you that give the rest of us good law abiding guys a bad name. I feel they did no keep you locked up long enough. They should of towed your bike right to the scrap yard.

Tax dollars hard at work. forbid a wheelie should occur, every other car I see the driver has a cell phone in their hand or on the dash blocking the instrument cluster so they can watch crappy reality tv. Seemed like the cop had nothing better to do or was avoiding doing something worse like a domestic violence call.
