Classic case of "I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you"

What's your story FZ1? You sound so angry at the world... did someone touch your pee pee inappropriately when you were a little boy last week?

So, I'm pretty curious on your take here. I think we can all read the words of the penal code. Unlike a lot of legal jargon, these two pieces you have selected are very straight-forward. The first outlines when you are justified in the use of force and the second outlines when, provided you are justified in using force, that you are justified in using DEADLY force. For starters, can you explain to me how, when the penal code says plain as day that force is only justified "immediately or in fresh pursuit", that it would be ok to track down and assault (or murder) people who have stolen from you? Then, can you explain to me how, even though the penal code is explicitly clear about when the use of deadly force is justified only when it is absolutely the only option, that it would be permissible for you to go and deliberately murder people who you believed stole your property?

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm legitimately curious as to how you come to the conclusions that you have.

According to him, the penal code is open to each individuals definition... kind of like the Karan
