One that doesn't blind everyone is a good start... its no fun when you blind the out of a road raging lunatic and then they decide to come after you. One of those lunatics is on MH... I believe he goes by the name Toe

I guess there are a lot of out there, because I'm blind most of the time. Especially at 5:45AM on Hwy146... this one keeps zipping in and out of traffic on her motorcycle that is equipped with the brightest HID in all of history. Its definitely a plant worker because they are always in navy blue cover-all's. I'd like to swing a bat at that bike for that simple reason. I hope the OP is taking notes.

I ordered a cheap Xentec set off of eBay a few years ago and haven't had any issues with them. No flickering, nothing.

Hmm, i dont see the harm in super bright hid. Better visibility and it let people know you're there and watch out? lol

Tell her so adjust her hid so it dont shoot straight up.

I beg to differ. I thinks it's more dangerous because I can't see the bike or car. you could be in my lane and I wouldn't know it because all I see is a big ball of blue light. It's disrespectful. Plain and simple..

I recently put the brightest, most obnoxious led lamps in my high beam sockets. Now I just blast the out you idiots every time I get a chance. The other morning I was waiting in the turn lane and a hid idiot pulls up in the opposing turn lane, so I flipped on my retIna roasting high beams. I got him so good there was a shadow of his head in the back seat. Can you believe he flipped me off?? The nerve of some people...

You have to a special kinda stupid to get mad at someone for returning a well deserved favor. I'm just making sure he had enough light. He obviously thinks he's lacking. I didn't even get a thanks...

I also noticed people driving with their LED bars ON now. It's like they are screaming for people to notice their cool off-road additions... LAME .

I am all for seeing clearly and being seen clearly. If it is installed correctly and does not pose a danger to me, I respect the workmanship and money invested in such a device. But all to often people rush and buy the cheapest online and then slap it on their vehicles thinking it has improved overall life for everybody... WRONG! Do it once and do it right.

HIDs are absolutely fine as long as they're not in reflector housings.

Which is what almost everyone puts them in...

If you're gonna do it, do it right and retrofit some projectors.

You have an r6, so you have halogen housings. Like repth said, retrofit some projectors in there first. I have a buddy with an r6 that insisted on HID bulbs and he's a cheap , so projectors were out of the question. Needless to say, I routinely reach over and cut his high beams off at red lights when he is behind me.

Just take he next time and routinely reach over and hit his kill switch.
